In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

Access to and use of the tkp288 Platform is restricted. To be eligible to open an Account and place wagers, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your membership:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are at least 21 years of age. tkp288 operates a strict adults-only policy. Underage gambling is prohibited absolutely. The Company reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally. You accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of your participation.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person, nor are you a professional or agent employed by a competing gambling operator.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or immediate family member of the Company or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the tkp288 Platform or any sister platform operated by the Company, unless a formal re-activation request has been approved in writing.
• You are not listed on any international sanctions list or designated as a politically exposed person (PEP) without prior written approval from the Company's compliance team.

To access tkp288's betting products, you must register a Member Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested on the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method details.

One account per person. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. tkp288 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected]. The Company is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

KYC verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal, the Company will request documentary evidence of your identity. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (KTP), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Indonesia, together with proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 14 calendar days of the request will result in the withdrawal being declined and the Account being placed under review.

All financial transactions on the tkp288 Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits. tkp288 accepts deposits via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Ban k Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment channels may impose their own transaction caps. No processing fees are charged by tkp288 on deposits. Funds are typically credited to your Wallet Balance within 5 minutes of confirmation by the payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the Member's Account. No processing fees are charged by tkp288 on withdrawals. Standard processing time is 15 minutes to 4 hours during business hours (07:00–23:00 WIB). Larger withdrawal amounts (above Rp 10,000,000) may require additional internal review and processing time of up to 24 hours.

4.3 Source of funds. All deposits must originate from payment accounts owned by the Member personally. Third-party deposits (payments made from another person's account) are strictly prohibited. If we detect a third-party deposit, the funds will be returned to the source and your Account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.4 Anti-money laundering (AML) compliance. tkp288 operates a strict AML policy. Members may be required to provide additional documentation demonstrating the legitimate source of deposited funds. Unusual deposit or withdrawal patterns may trigger an internal review. The Company reserves the right to decline or delay any transaction that raises AML concerns.

tkp288 periodically offers promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other incentives to Members. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms that are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made available. Those specific terms form part of this agreement and are binding on you if you choose to participate in the promotion.

5.1 Bonus eligibility. Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are available only to Members who have completed full KYC verification and who hold only one Account on the Platform. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may lead to permanent Account termination.

5.2 Turnover requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum turnover requirement (also known as a wagering requirement or rollover requirement) before they can be converted into withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable turnover multiple is stated clearly on each promotion page. For example, a 5x turnover requirement on a Rp 100,000 bonus means you must place a cumulative total of Rp 500,000 in valid wagers before the bonus converts to real money. Different game types may contribute different percentages toward turnover — this is specified in the promotion terms.

5.3 Validity period. All promotional offers have an expiry date. Unused Bonus Funds and any unfulfilled turnover requirements will expire at the end of the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Once expired, Bonus Funds are removed from your Account and cannot be reinstated.

5.4 Maximum bonus payout. Certain promotions may specify a maximum win cap. Any winnings generated from Bonus Funds that exceed the stated cap will be removed from your Account at the point the bonus converts to real money.

5.5 Right to amend or withdraw. The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute regarding a promotion, the Company's decision is final and binding.

All wagers placed on the tkp288 Platform are governed by the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published in the relevant section of the Platform:

• Acceptance of bets. All wagers are subject to acceptance by the Company. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any wager at our sole discretion, including wagers that exceed our standard stake limits or wagers placed on events where we suspect prior knowledge of the outcome.
• Odds accuracy. tkp288 makes every effort to ensure that all odds displayed on the Platform are accurate at the time of display. However, in the event of a clear and obvious error (e.g., decimal odds displayed as 100.00 when 1.10 was intended), the Company reserves the right to void the affected wagers and return stakes to Members.
• Settlement. Sports bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. Togel draws are settled based on the official result published by the respective lottery operator (Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, etc.). Casino games and slots are settled immediately upon conclusion of each game round based on the outcome generated by the certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• Voided events. If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before completion, wagers on that event will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise specified in the sport-specific rules. If a togel draw is cancelled or declared void by the official operator, all related wagers are voided and stakes returned.
• Disputes. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a wager, the Company's decision is final. The Member may escalate the dispute to the designated Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider within 30 days of the disputed settlement.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkp288 Platform. Engagement in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds (including deposits, winnings, and Bonus Funds), and may result in referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Fraudulent activity. Use of stolen payment methods, identity theft, submission of falsified KYC documents, or any other form of fraud.
• Multi-accounting. Operating more than one Account, whether under your own name or using another person's identity, to circumvent betting limits, claim bonuses multiple times, or engage in any form of arbitrage.
• Collusion. Working in coordination with other Members to manipulate betting markets, share hole-card information in live casino games, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of bots or automated software. Employing automated betting software, scripts, bots, or any other tool designed to place wagers without direct human input.
• Insider information. Placing wagers based on non-public information obtained through participation in the event, employment by a team or league, or any other insider source.
• Chargebacks and payment disputes. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider after a deposit has been credited to your Account. Such actions constitute fraud and will result in permanent Account closure and reporting to relevant financial authorities.
• Abuse of platform errors. Intentionally exploiting technical glitches, incorrect odds, or software bugs to gain an unfair advantage. If you discover an error, you must report it to support immediately and refrain from exploiting it.

All content on the tkp288 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software code, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Platform except as incidentally necessary for normal web browsing.

The tkp288 name, logo, and all related trademarks are owned by the Company. Unauthorized use of any Company trademark is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement under applicable law.

tkp288 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmissions, secure server infrastructure, and restricted access controls for employee access to member data.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting [email protected]. Please note that certain data is required to be retained for regulatory compliance purposes and cannot be deleted until the applicable retention period has expired.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Company is not liable for:

• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, server downtime, or technical failures beyond the Company's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials or from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your own negligence.
• Losses arising from errors or delays caused by your bank, payment provider, or telecommunications provider.
• Losses arising from force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labour disputes, or government action.
• Loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss.

Gambling disclaimer. Gambling involves financial risk. There is no guaranteed method to win. You acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily at your own risk and that you should never wager more than you can afford to lose. tkp288 provides entertainment services — we do not provide financial advice or investment recommendations.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine (in our sole discretion) that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if your continued participation poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Members.

11.1 Voluntary closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of your request, we will process any pending withdrawals and close the Account within 48 hours. Any Bonus Funds or promotional credits will be forfeited upon closure.

11.2 Self-exclusion. If you wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons, you may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months. During the self-exclusion period, your Account will be locked and you will not be able to access the Platform, deposit funds, or place wagers. 11.3 Termination for breach. If your Account is terminated for breach of these Terms, any outstanding Wallet Balance may be forfeited at the Company's discretion. You will be notified of the termination decision and provided with a brief explanation. The Company's decision to terminate is final and not subject to appeal.

The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and notify Members by email or via on-site notification banner.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your Account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The Company is not obligated to provide individual notice of minor or non-material changes.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is licensed to operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute resolution. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved as follows:

1. Internal complaint process. You must first submit your complaint in writing to [email protected]. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 7 business days.
2. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). If the internal complaint process does not resolve the issue to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to our designated ADR provider. Details of the ADR provider are available upon request.
3. Arbitration. If ADR does not resolve the dispute, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the arbitration body designated by the Company. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against the Company.
